* Sheku Bayoh was killed by police in Scotland.
* Julian Cole is thankfully still alive, but he has been included in this database because of the scale of his injuries.
* Both Sarah Reed and Daniel Adewole died in prison, but they have been included to highlight state neglect in prisons.
* Jimmy Mubenga was killed by G4S.
